Who would not happen to receive malicious insinuations from colleagues, acquaintances, friends and relatives? Here, those who suffer from migraines or headaches happen more often.
The pain often makes it invalid, restricting the movement and often preventing any activity. And so the work accumulates, the commitments are canceled and delayed projects: can not be efficient when you suffer from chronic pain.
It is here that takes over the sense of guilt to deal with others is inevitable and deleterious. We would like to have the energy and possibilities that were before the illness, but it is often difficult to recover. E 'already so difficult to accept fully, let alone when they take others to give their opinion.

The most frequent criticism is "take too much medicine."
ignore them, is meaningless.
But forgive them, for they know not what they say.
for you, you will probably dive into a pool full of morphine.
Then there are the criticisms about your physical appearance: it is rare to look like a movie star when you spend whole days in bed with his head under the pillow.
Not to mention the shopping! All those shops with lots of light, smells, music, people that makes you ... a bazaar of triggers for the headaches more explosive!
But the criticisms are more painful than those that apply to your professional or academic. You
absent too often ... You are slow ... You have not finished yet ...? Why were not there, did you vacation? ... Why only follow a university course? ... You have not yet prepared to eat ... Given that
make your business is priceless, but unfortunately we live in an ideal world, we see how we react without hurting ourselves.

Regola n°1: Perdona!

E come??
I will show that they are not ...". Recurrence in the head "perhaps the criticism was true ..." steals energy and good humor, and respect in a positive way is a challenge that can take up with enthusiasm and energy. Yes! Prove them wrong! So the next time I hear that criticism, I can make a deaf ear, because I already have the evidence that is unfounded!
