EXPLOITS THE CRITICAL TO YOUR ADVANTAGE!

Who would not happen to receive malicious insinuations from colleagues, acquaintances, friends and relatives? Here, those who suffer from migraines or headaches happen more often.

Regola n°1: Perdona!
Il dolore cronico non è neanche minimamente immaginabile da parte di chi non l'ha mai provato. La delusione è forte: com'è possibile che le persone a noi più vicine non riescano a capire le nostre difficoltà? Le cefalee sono malattie semplicemente... invisibili! E quindi è difficile capire qualcosa che non si vede, ed anche crederci. I nostri amici e parenti non sono cattivi, semplicemente non capiscono e probabilmente non capiranno mai, nonostante i loro sforzi e le nostre infinite spiegazioni.

Regola n°2: Dimentica!
Perchè portarci dietro il sentimento negativo di una critica che sappiamo essere infondata? Cerca di eliminarla dai tuoi pensieri, concentrandosi su qualcos'altro, possibilmente piacevole! Se non funziona...

Regola n°3: Sfrutta le critiche a tuo vantaggio!
E come?? Semplice: dimostrando che si sbagliano!
Se qualcuno ti ha fatto una critica che ti ha ferito, probabilmente è perchè si tratta di qualcosa che ti sta particolarmente a cuore. Se non riesci a lasciare andare il ricordo della critica, tienilo pure con te, ma trasformalo in un proposito, del tipo "io riuscirò a...." oppure "I will show that they are not ...". Recurrence in the head "perhaps the criticism was true ..." steals energy and good humor, and respect in a positive way is a challenge that can take up with enthusiasm and energy. Yes! Prove them wrong! So the next time I hear that criticism, I can make a deaf ear, because I already have the evidence that is unfounded!
