Rules of the play-out issued by the Regional Committee of the FIGC
DISCIPLINA GARE PLAY-OUT – Stagione sportiva 2008/2009
1. Nell’ipotesi che al termine della sessione ordinaria, dopo aver definito la posizione in classifica, applicando, nel caso di squadre a parità di punteggio le disposizioni di cui al comma 3, fra le squadre classificatesi al 14° e 15° posto nei Campionati di Eccellenza e Promozione e fra le squadre classificatesi al 13° e 14° posto del Campionato di Prima Categoria (15° e 16° posto per il Girone H) risultino 7 (sette) o più punti, retrocedono direttamente alla categoria inferiore:
- le ultime 4 (quattro) squadre classificatesi in ciascun girone dei Campionati di Eccellenza e Promozione;
- le ultime 3 (tre) squadre classificatesi in ciascun girone del Campionato di Prima Categoria.
In caso contrario le retrocessioni sono determinate con la formula play – out come disciplinata dal successivo comma 2.
2. Con la formula play – out l’individuazione delle squadre che retrocedono alla categoria inferiore avviene con le seguenti modalità:
1) al termine della sessione ordinaria le squadre classificate agli ultimi due posti (17° e 18° posto) di ogni singolo girone dei Campionati di Eccellenza e Promozione nonchè quelle classificate all’ultimo posto (16° posto di ogni singolo girone del Campionato di Prima Categoria ad eccezione del Girone H nel quale retrocede quella classificatasi al 18°) retrocedono automaticamente al Campionato di categoria inferiore;

c) a conclusione delle gare di cui alle lettere a) e b), in caso di parità di punteggio, dopo le gare di ritorno, per determinare la squadra vincente si tiene conto della differenza reti; in caso di ulteriore parità è considerata vincente la squadra in migliore posizione in classifica al termine della sessione ordinaria del Campionato;
d) le squadre che risultano perdenti nelle gare di cui alle lettere a) e b), saranno classificate, rispettando l’ordine acquisto nella graduatoria al termine del Campionato, al 15° e 16° posto dei Campionati di Eccellenza e Promozione, e conseguentemente, retrocedono rispettivamente al Campionato di Promozione ei Prima Categoria, e al 14° and 15th place de Cup Football Championship (16th and 17th place for the group H) and thus relegated to the Championship second-class

1. d) della differenza fra le reti segnate a subite nell’intero Campionato;
e) del maggior numero di reti segnate nell’intero Campionato;

j) the lower number of internal losses in the entire sample.

6. Regarding sanctions, races play - out apply art. 19, paragraph 13 of the Code of Sports Justice, therefore, disqualified for relapsed following warning on the last day the regular session of the League should be discounted in the races play out.
7. Under Article. 57, paragraph 2, of NOIF, the proceeds of the races play - out, net of tax, are divided into three equal parts between the two clubs and the Regional Committee.
