In attesa delle foto, che ieri non ho proprio avuto il tempo di scaricare, (ma come promesso sono tante e belle!!), ecco il resoconto del pomeriggio al mercatino giapponese.
Alle tre e un quarto Francesca, una cara amica che condivide con me la passione per la salsa, mi è passata a prendere in macchina e dopo non poche peripezie, grazie al navigatore satellitare, siamo approdate al Circolo degli artisti.
Appena entrata, ho avuto il grandissimo piacere di rivedere... Rumiko!!! Anzi, Rumiko e tutta la sua bella famigliola al completo, ma purtroppo stavano andando via perchè il viaggio verso casa è lungo e innevato!
Per un soffio! Ad ogni modo l'ho trovata in splendida forma, i capelli sempre più lunghi e lucenti...
Entrata dentro, ho subito addocchiato il banchetto delle nostre eroine.... Bunny e Piccola , e..udite udite, avevano un commesso d'eccezione: Pazzoperilbento !!!!

A sinistra ho messo 3 fette di polpettone in crosta di pasta sfoglia, davvero gustoso, e a destra, separata da un divisorio mobile, una mestolata di soffice purè... mi ricorda tanto i pasti dell'asilo...

Anche questo bento è a base di polpette...Nel ripiano basso ho messo delle piccole palline di carne intrecciate da strisce di pasta sfoglia, mentre nello scompartimento profondo ho sistemato due rotolini di frittatina e le carotine per contorno. Nel cetriolo l'olio per condire le carote.

sabato scorso sono andata a fare una lezione di cucina e mi sono divertita molto, il tema erano i secondi, e alla fine ci siamo mangiati tutto quello che avevamo preparato! Il corso è stato organizzato in collaborazione con l'ospedale Sandro Pertini ed ha lo scopo di insegnare a cucinare cose gustose ma sane e nutrienti. Ad ogni lezione sono presenti dei nutrizionisti e dietologi a disposizione of all participants. The next time you talk instead of eating out .....!

Ragazze, vedo che la storia della pentola magica vi ha incuriosito...Ma io sono qui per togliervi ogni dubbio e chiarire il mistero! No, non è un prototipo fatto solo per me, e nemmeno una stregoneria...

E' semplicemente una pentola di ottima qualità che risolve molti problemucci in cucina...

La ditta che la costruisce si chiama IMCO, è sul mercato da oltre 30 anni ed è specializzata in batterie da cucina di altissimo livello, con garanzia a vita.

Io ho una batteria completa, e posso dire in tutta onestà che è straordinaria. Cucino senza olio nè acqua, con grandi benefici per la salute e la linea.

Fast chef è solo l'ultima nata in casa Imco, ed è disponibile in tre versioni, cioè in tre grandezze diverse. A vederla sembra una pentola normalissima, ciò che la distingue è il coperchio, sotto al quale ci sono una serie di ingranaggi. Sopra invece c'è un piccolo computer con un timer.

Ci tengo a precisare che non è una pentola a pressione (a me fanno paura) e si può sollevare il coperchio in qualsiasi momento.

Ad ogni modo, come ha proposto Piccola Tempura, sono disponibile ad organizzare una dimostrazione in casa mia, perchè la cosa migliore è...vedere per credere!!!!

La nota dolente è senza dubbio il costo, davvero altissimo, anche se a mio parere there is more ...

Non occorre mescolare, controllare, niente, la pentola suona quando è tutto pronto. La cosa davvero impressionante è che cucina a tempo di record anche cose che richiederebbero ore sopra i fornelli, come spezzatino, polenta, pasta e fagioli, arrosti, pollo, sformati ecc ecc
Non ci crede nessuno, ma funziona.
Un esempio?
Per fare il risotto in qualsiasi modo (e non il riso bollito, proprio il risotto) impiego Exactly 5 minutes, without ever mix.

Poi sono andata da mia mamma e le ho detto che avevo bisogno delle mia privacy e che dal quel momento volevo una stanza tutta mia!!!!

Ricordo ancora la sua faccia allibita, ma quello stesso pomeriggio mio babbo ha trasferito il mio lettino nella camera degli ospiti e da allora è stato chiaro a tutti di che pasta sono fatta...
